It definitely feels good to be back, sending a newsletter to all my supportive folks! :)
One of the recent wins is getting selected as one of the 200 creators from India, as a part of the LinkedIn Creator Accelerator Program. And this gave me the space to execute the pet project I’ve been having in mind for long—The Founder’s Foyer.

What is it about?
Short interviews and video sessions with a bunch of creators, operators, founders and VCs, and host specific information sets from these conversations; Each session will come with resources like action questions and templates/maps that the speakers have themselves followed or used.
What’s the unique factor here: The conversations will be candid and authentic, covering the questions, vulnerabilities, and aspirations that the featured operator/founder has experienced in their life—the value is going to be in capturing those real moments.
Who is it for?
The target audience is early-stage founders, product thinkers, and tool builders, who are looking for guided motivation to navigate the stress, uncertainties, and challenges in their journey. Intended mainly at the early and growth stages, the conversations recorded in this project also provide best practices on how successful operators and VCs have helped others navigate these similar experiences.
Why is it needed now?
Social media interviews, nuggets, and sessions have always focused on bringing out just ‘lessons to follow’ - like 5 tips from X, 10 ways to grow your business. Being specific is all good, but often these conversations lack the authenticity in helping fellow founders, who are balancing their hustle and looking for some support from their peer groups.
The Founder’s Foyer is all about “Hey, I was there, I understand, this is how you do it” point of view. Every speaker will cover one unique aspect of their founder/operator journey, the share of ups-and-downs, and actionable insights they’ve personally experienced.
The first catchup on #TheFoundersFoyer is with Amy Young, Founder and CEO of Redefine Possibility, also formerly a Top Partner Lead in Google’s Global Partnerships. She’s been coaching executives and leaders on mindset changes to align effort with high performance.
